Overall: clean, simple, good location. But also shabby and noisy. While the room was clean, it was also very shabby. The cabinet doors on the bathroom vanity had been ripped clean off leaving the sink pipes exposed. The room was also very noisy and we could hear our neighbors' conversations almost as if they were in our room. Upon check out, we asked the front desk if we could have a taxi pick up scheduled to get to the airport, to which they said they would. Good mid-town location near subway, but tiny rooms Room was tiny. Weird bathroom layout. Extremely thin walls-could clearly hear hallway noise and neighboring rooms. A bit expensive for what was provided, but maybe that’s to be expected in NYC. Convenient mid-town location. Friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The windows were filthy so our great view of the Empire State Building was not as good as it could have been. It was great having a family room- one room for the kids, one for us. The location was super convenient to everything. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
