I cannot recommend these folks enough!! We came across their advertisement on the internet and at first I was afraid that it was a scam. We were looking to replace our 30 year Metal front door for an iron door. My wife and I had an excellent experience with Ironworks USA. We toured the factory to see how the doors were made in Pearl, MS. The material and labor are all in the U.S The doors and frame are powder coated and not painted. The customer service was TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend Iron Works USA. The quality of the door is unmatched to anything else on the market. Also, I received my doors within 4 weeks when all other companies quoted me for 4-6 months for an imported door. Installation was done in a timely manner but the workers were precise and careful. Extremely happy with my new doors!
Iron Works is a great company to work with! From the initial phone call to the sales meeting to the installation, everyone was friendly and helpful. All the employees went out of their way to explain everything to me and made the process fun and easy. I called three other companies and was told it would be close to four months and me and my husband would have to install the doors. With Iron Works USA we had a beautiful set of doors in 11 days, fully installed by them!
