Extremely disappointing quality and customer service. We ordered two sets of doors from this vendor, a large entry pair and an interior pair, we anticipated a quality product and professional workmanship. What we received was anything but. Both sets of doors arrived with damage to the powder coating, were missing cane bolt hardware, and the inactive leaf was not prepped for hardware at all. For anyone reading this, here is the documented sequence of events. Mr. Ambrose’s order shipped on February 9 and was installed on February 16 by a contractor arranged through the customer, not by Iron Works USA’s installation team. Poor quality door. Poor service, particularly post installation if there are any problems. They will not respond to issues. The most expensive. If I were doing it again I'd go with another vendor. Save yourself some serious money and headaches.
