Exceptional The didn't have real coffee (a gas station concentrate machine is not real coffee) and no bottled water. Super strange. I bought a coke, dumped it out and got coffee out of the orange juice machine. Just weird

Good The noise from other guests. The people next door to us had a bird in their room that chirped all night. Another guest kept slamming their door, waking us up.

A+ Gem in Braselton, GA The staff is phenomenal. Very friendly, hard working, welcoming. They really do seem to take pride in their location...the attention to cleanliness and customer service could be a model for all hotels. The hotel is spotless...rooms, fitness center, lounge and reception area, breakfast bar all like new. Room was huge.
