facilities new, beds pretty hard, not quiet it was loud. one first floor people were very loud for a long time and no one quieted them down. new property

Ok stay We requested a handicapped/wheelchair accessible room because I walk with a cane and need rails. We got a hearing impaired(?) room instead, and I arrived late and realized I couldn't use the shower/bathroom without great difficulty. The front desk lady said we could move to another room, but we were already preparing for bed so we declined. The staff was nice, and the room was clean. We were there due to death of a family member, and they were kind.
