From the very beginning, I knew I made the right choice. Cherry Thomas was friendly, encouraging, professional and re-assuring. Terri Anderson followed through and answered all of my many questions. Called the day before, confirming that the packing crew of 3 would arrive in the morrning and the name of the Lead, Amaldo Acevedo. He arrived at 0830, introduced himself and his crew, Paul BoBian and Joe Rogers.
