Sunny, Javi and Al were prompt, efficient and pleasant to work with in delivering our items to their final destination. They quickly brought our items into the house and did a clean and effective job of unpacking. One of our boxes was missing from the shipment due to the fault of the packer/shipper at origin, and Sunny dealt with the issue immediately by contacting his office and then clearly explained to us what the next steps would be to track down our missing box.
