I really liked Davina Jones, my relocation specialist. United/ Suddath was definitely not the cheapest option (in fact they were the most expensive). However, I felt very comfortable with her estimate and she did a good job following up. Chris and the move teams were good. Chris made sure that things were packed as I requested (I had some totes that I wanted taped).
