The process was made fairly easy and my goods were delivered in a timely manner. There was a day mixup with the packers and the head packer was a bit grumpy and seemed a bit put out. The other two were great! The driver called to confirm delivery and the boxes were very neatly packed in my storage unit.

From the beginning when we got our quote from Michelle, our experience with Mayflower was excellent. From the remote viewing app to the quote to the packing and unpacking, we were kept informed and things were done as we expected and as they described. We did have a few minor items that were damaged, that we didn't discover until the movers had left, but overall, things went smoothly.
