The packers whose names I've unfortunately forgotten were absolutely wonderful. I felt very confident that nothing would break or be lost (for the first time ever in my moving life!), and I was correct! Roy, the Richmond worker who assisted the driver was outstanding! The move was outstanding. Jim and his team were extremely professional and there to assist with anything we needed. They were well organized and made a very stressful project go so smoothly. The entire process was streamlined. The initial consult with Sharon and visual of our belongings to the point of pick up for transport was quick and efficient. While our belongings were en route, Wanda kept us informed as to their progress toward delivery. We would use United Van Lines again.

We were very pleased with the entire team, with how they all communicated, the professionalism and understanding our concerns. I decided to use Corrigan because of Greg Ferris' thoroughness compared to the other companies who quoted the job. Rafael who led the loading in Elgin was also very helpful and took good care of packing up our items (he had to unload at warehouse) and Bryce the driver took special care of our belongings, since as of today (2/28/20) we haven't unpacked any damaged or missing.
