It was great. We were in a bind after another company left us in the lurch and everything was scheduled 2 days before my mom was supposed to be out of her apartment. The Coordinator was great, the packers were great the customer experience from my perspective was fantastic. My sister was the point person in the destination and when the time came for delivery she had the same experience with the team in Florida. We should have picked United from the start.

we are still opening some of the remaining boxes but so far nothing was scratched or broken. Everything was done in a timely fashion and the crews were very hands on and helpful with both the packing and unloading.
