Duke Wortmann did a wonderful job of estimating our move. He was knowledgeable, courteous, & friendly. Sheriden Hewitt took over every aspect of our move. The packers were outstanding, including the 3rd party mover who crated for us. The movers who drove our goods to our home in FL were very professional and friendly. Nothing was broken. Fast, friendly, and reasonable too!

One of the reasons we selected United was the way Deb Harris presented the program. There was some problem with the estimation, but was handled. Madison Newmes made us very comfortable for the trip. We were most impressed with Jeremy Kauffman, and would request him for any future trip if that were possible. We were impressed with the loaders & unloaders. Grateful for the quality of the United/Suddath personnel.

The packers did a very good job. In spite of wrapping every single object thoroughly, the large china cabinet did sustain a couple of small scratches and one lamp shade fell apart (probably age). I have not unpacked every item that was put in my storage unit so I am not certain whether there was any major damage or not. I think I will be able to touch up the china cabinet and probably will not need to file a claim. The lamp shade was old and pretty fragile I think and I don't think a claim on that would be right. The move to Tennessee went extremely well as we had the best driver Mike and crew for United, they were very helpful and friendly, by the time we were loaded it was like I’ve known them along time.
