Ken, truck driver arrived Vermont address just after the snow episode and was not able to back in the driveway due to some snow and ice, he did not waste time. He and his unload crew went to U-Haul to rent a smaller mover truck and made 3 trips to complete unload in timely manner. The loading crew in Vancouver, Wa. did a good job with loading up
