They fixed all of our door's problems. Texas Overhead Door came because we would close our door, and it would come right back up by itself. They thought they'd fixed it, but we did have to have them come back a second time. In the end, they installed a new chain drive system. Everything works just fine now!

I haven't found anybody else that is better on pricing, help, and support. Originally I had called another door company and found out they just operate out of a home. They had a similar name to Texas Overhead Door, and so in my research as I was trying to find this place I actually found Texas Overhead Door. I called them and told them what had happened. We had a situation with a backdoor in my shop where I had gotten some misinformation. They felt bad that I had...

5+ recommendation! I had no problems whatsoever. Texas Overhead Door's people picked up after themselves and didn't leave any mess. They were very efficient. They showed me how to work the new door and how the buttons and lights worked, leaving nothing out! Quick and courteous. We needed a door replaced. Texas Overhead Door came out pretty quickly. They came and installed the door in thirty minutes, so it was a quick turn around. They had replaced the door two or three years prior. So we had used them before and when the door broke again, their sticker was on the door. Notably good service experience They always get the work done in a timely manner. I have never had to wait more than a day if it was a non emergency call. All the employees are friendly and helpful
