Long time 10+ year customer, called Texas Overhead door to replace broken torsion spring. When repairman showed up, he stated the fee was $300 for a 1 year warranty and $360 for a 3 year warranty for installing the same spring. The price sounded high to me, but he was already there and I told him to go ahead an repair it which took around 30 minutes. After he left I did some shopping around...
