Quality great customer service
Serivce has been great this past year.

I have had serivce for almost a year and only one outage amd lasted 10 minutes most. Had a few problems when calling the 1800 number for help. Having the erro is a must if you call for help because they will not beleive speed test.net amd the erro speed test doesnt show latency.
A contractor for Bluepeak came out and done an alsome job, I've worked in this field of work for 10 years. and for a young tech he was GREAT!!!! took his time and done the job right the first time. Thumps up to Jack.
Was decent when I had it, but due to circumstances that were beyond my control, I no longer have Bluepeak and nevr will have it again.
