Excellent customer service and the installer was very friendly
Solid internet performance with no issues in the past two years. Any interactions with customer support have been professional and quickly resolved my issue or questions.
I’ve had an excellent experience with Bluepeak Internet. The service has been fast, reliable, and consistent, with very few interruptions. Speeds are exactly what I expect, whether I’m working from home, streaming, gaming, or managing my smart home devices.
Most good. Sometimes the streaming video sound doesn’t match the video. In those cases, we back out of the program entirely and restart it. Not sure that is Bluepeaks issue or Netflix. Bluepeak recently raised their price again - that’s twice in the last five months. That’s a 13.4% increase since the first of the year.
The install technician was professional, polite and friendly. The Internet service is great. However, if you have any financial hardships, they font seem to be very forgiving. $22 fee for a late payment is ridiculous. But overall... I'm happy with my bluepeak internet service.

Still the fastest internet speeds ever. I’ve had 4 internet providers since moving to Oklahoma. This is the best. Consistent upload/download speeds. Router has a low profile, fits nicely next to tv. If that sounds great, live service matches the quality of the entire package. I certainly recommend Bluepeak.
