I’ve had an excellent experience with Bluepeak Internet. The service has been fast, reliable, and consistent, with very few interruptions. Speeds are exactly what I expect, whether I’m working from home, streaming, gaming, or managing my smart home devices.
Most good. Sometimes the streaming video sound doesn’t match the video. In those cases, we back out of the program entirely and restart it. Not sure that is Bluepeaks issue or Netflix. Bluepeak recently raised their price again - that’s twice in the last five months. That’s a 13.4% increase since the first of the year.
The install technician was professional, polite and friendly. The Internet service is great. However, if you have any financial hardships, they font seem to be very forgiving. $22 fee for a late payment is ridiculous. But overall... I'm happy with my bluepeak internet service.

My service is fantastic. Speeds are as advertised. No downtime. Only had network maintenance once and was notified over a week in advance. Love bluepeak.
We had a really great experience. After the install, about 2 hours later our internet went out. Customer service got a tech out within 24 hours to replace our modem and got us back online. Did a test on speedtest and got high scores on upload and download speeds! Very impressed!
