I have had serivce for almost a year and only one outage amd lasted 10 minutes most. Had a few problems when calling the 1800 number for help. Having the erro is a must if you call for help because they will not beleive speed test.net amd the erro speed test doesnt show latency.
A contractor for Bluepeak came out and done an alsome job, I've worked in this field of work for 10 years. and for a young tech he was GREAT!!!! took his time and done the job right the first time. Thumps up to Jack.
As I was promised a locked for life price of 55$ with autopay It all started fine, but now a lot of charges I have no idea about being put on me. Late fee whe I literally have autopay I’m confused about that one.
Professional, clean installation. Great consistency in both upload and download speeds. In house WiFi is the fastest I have ever seen.

Went to them because they offered a better rate for comparable service to Midco. Started off fine; but almost immediately ran into issues. Lost my autopay discount because I switched cards and they refused to renew it. Started nickel and diming me every month and raising my rates to the point that their rates were worse than Midco and every time I tried to contact them over the phone they just put me on auto reply and ignore me. Internet is great. Quite a few outages. My autistic nephew who is on disability and whom I referred was supposed to have a price guarantee and you’ve been hiking up his rates. For us that you admit have price guarantee you change what’s given for autopay and add network charges. So I’m very concerned about what my rates are going to look like when it’s not just charges and fees that you can change and add.
