The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. The technician understood the problem and was able to correct the issue.
My Internet is consistent and strong. We have had almost no drops and the very few we have had have been taken care of fast. We had so many problems with the other guys. So glad we switched to Bluepeak!

I have had serivce for almost a year and only one outage amd lasted 10 minutes most. Had a few problems when calling the 1800 number for help. Having the erro is a must if you call for help because they will not beleive speed test.net amd the erro speed test doesnt show latency.
A contractor for Bluepeak came out and done an alsome job, I've worked in this field of work for 10 years. and for a young tech he was GREAT!!!! took his time and done the job right the first time. Thumps up to Jack.
