I have contracted the business of many limo companies throughout Los Angeles and this is above and beyond my favorite all around experience. A couple of things....I want to THANK Crystal for the last minute assistance with arranging to have my Parents picked up from LAX. The customer service was top notch from the initial phone call to the dropoff. My parents enjoyed their driver, Steve. He truly looked out for them. I really appreciate the excellent customer service & reasonable price. If car service is needed again in LA, I'll most definitely book Crown Limousine. Thanks again!

The process from start to finish was easy and efficient. I found them online and requested a quote and it was in my inbox within minutes. I was able to complete the contract and make my payment online. A day or so before the service, confirmation emails were sent to provide the drivers name and contact info.
