The limo world in Los Angeles is a competitive one, but Crown Limousine really stands out. I booked a sprinter van for the entire day/night of my nephew's wedding, and it was a wonderful experience. Communication before/during booking was prompt and clear, and Kevin (our chauffeur) was stellar. We had one issue with the AC in the car, but Crown dealt with it immediately in a most impressive and professional way. Crown Limousine will be my luxury transportation choice from now on.

I have been flying quite often this year and always use Crown to get me to and from the different airports. the reservation folks, especially Mark are terrific and very accommodating. we've had some flight screwups and cancellations and they were able to make the adjustments on the fly (no pun intended). The cars are immaculate and very comfortable. the drivers show up early. I had to use an uber from LAX to the Valley and besides the hassle of getting one at LAX, it literally cost the same as Crown.

I reached out to a few companies to get pricing on transportation from LAX to our home. Crown Limo was the quickest to respond with a quote and had great follow up. We booked with them and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Our driver texted us as soon as our plane landed to let us know he was waiting and asked us to text him once we were outside to give him our location. Easy pick up and drive home after a long flight. Our driver was cordial and courteous and the car was clean.

Arturo was polite, friendly, punctual and understanding of our delayed flight. The limo/party bus was nice and clean. The whole experience from the time it was booked to the end of the ride was excellent! I would highly recommend them.

Great experience with Crown Limousine for our approximate 1-hour ride to and from Disneyland. We booked the 20 pax Escalade going to the park and have to thank our chauffeur, John, for being so wonderful and patient with our group of 10 teens. Our ride back the following day with the 14 pax Mercedes Sprinter Limo went just as smoothly with Wayne, who expertly weaved us through traffic to get us back in great time. From booking to drop off there couldn't have been better communication and experience with Crown. Extremely responsive via email setting it all up and making sure all details were in order. Perfect on time pick up, and , PARENTS, our driver Trevor was the BEST. Many thanks to Crown Limo and Gary, our driver, for a stress-free experience getting to Sofi Stadium and home! Gary was incredibly professional. He is also very skilled at knowing his way around crazy stadium traffic and pick-up situations. We found him after the concert with no problem, and with snacks and water available. The office team was amazing as well (thanks Crystal & Jackie), answering my questions promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future!
