A friend of many years referred me to Crown Limousine service to provide transportation for 14 guest attending my 60th birthday celebration on June 23, 2023. The entire process was very pleasant, professional and timely! From the initial call, follow-up communication and payment. I was very pleased with how everything was handled. Very professional and honored a request for a limo after another limo service failed to perform as I had scheduled. While I was still 'in the air' I had received an email confirmation. And the driver was excellent too. He accommodated all requests. John, the driver gets high marks.
We rented a limo to take us to and from our Airbnb in the LA hills for UCLA graduation because we had 4 cars worth of people coming with. This ride was great! Not only were they on time, but they had swapped out our limo for a van for free because of the hills. Saved so much time on traffic and experience was fantastic!
I only have the highest praise for this company, specifically our driver, Kevin. He picked us up from the middle of UCLA campus on a super busy graduation evening and somehow found the most perfect parking spot. He was the ultimate professional and made our whole experience so pleasant and smooth. If you ever need a private driver, hire Levin at Crown Limousine. It's worth every penny!
