Called from Washington DC at 7:30 AM (4:30 pacific time) to arrange a ride from LAX to Westwood that same morning. Very smooth process, even at that early hour. No sedan was available so we were given an SUV at the same price. Would use this company again.

Pickup at LAX could not have been better. Setting up the ride through the office was easy, communication from Ray the driver was perfect and the experience was excellent. well done Crown Limo.

We were looking for a mode of transportation for our daughter's prom and came across Crown Limo on Yelp. I emailed the company and was pleasantly surprised when I received a prompt reply. We texted back and forth and signed all the docs via email. It really couldn't have been any easier! Our driver David, was puntual, courteous and very professional. He picked up 6 teenagers drove them to prom and safely dropped them off at home. I would definitely use Crown Limo again for our daughter's senior prom next year!

I 'm always impressed with their friendly and courteous drivers and impeccable fleet of cars. They make the entire process from making reservations to actual ride to destination so easy and seamless. I recommend Crown Limo to anybody.

Great service, professional and friendly staff from beginning to end, communication was great!! Rented Mercedes Sprinter for prom and it was immaculate! Kids had a blast and the driver (Hugo) was super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend and I NEVER write reviews...they were exceptional enough to write up.

We have been looking for a new service for a while and followed the recommendation of a friend to find Crown. Boy, am i glad we did! These guys are great! They addressed all of our concerns immediately and thoughtfully. When i had to change times they dealt with it very quickly. The driver was courteous and totally professional. We highly recommend this service

Just used them for my twins' Prom a couple of weeks ago. They were great! Sergio and team answered all of my questions, and Daniel, our driver, was great with the kids and keeping in communication with everyone. The kids loved him and they had a wonderful time.

I used Crown Limousine to pick up my wife from her hotel and take her to the wedding venue on our wedding day. Working with Linda was amazing because she answered all my questions and kept working with me when my wife keep changing the pickup time. My wife told me that the limo driver arrived early and that they were outside waiting for them when they got there because there was other events happening at the hotel I booked for her. She said the SUV was nice and the driver was friendly with her.
