Great service overall. Scheduling was easy, pick-up was on time (we arrived into LAX around 1am), driver was courteous, and the vehicle was very clean. I will definitely use Crown Limousine again.

We had the best experience with Crown Limousine! I hired them to drive for my best friends bachelorette party and I am so pleased with their service. They were professional, easy to work with and offered competitive pricing. Our driver was incredible and made sure our group had the best time and got us to each reservation on time. They are the best all around and I will only hire them for limousine transportation in the future!

Absolute best car service in LA. Courteous. Responsive. Reliable. From reservations to dropping off at my home, they are excellent. I have a toddler and they make the airport commute easy. I highly recommend Crown Limousine LA.

Called asked for a quote for 2 people sedan Long Beach Air Port to Long Beach Cruise terminal on November 4th am got quoted 270.00 for a 11 miles. RIP OFF !!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! That 24.54 Cents PER MILE!!!!!!

This is not the company to hire for LAX pick ups. Flight arrival times are out of the control of the passenger and Crown Limousine has no refund and inflexible policies, so if you're flight is canceled multiple times and you're stuck in the Orlando Airport for 12 hours, and then you get a flight, and then sit on the tarmac for 4 hours before you're told to deplane ... you cannot count on Crown Limousine to have any compassion at all or to help you out when you finally do get on a plane.
