We have used Crown Limousine for all of our trips to and from LAX for the past several years and they did so well that will never drive ourselves to LAX again. More recently, we have used them to transport us to and from major events around Los Angeles. We just used Crown to take 10 people to a black tie dinner and they were flawless once again. Rented a party bus for my birthday and the experience was fantastic and seamless. Very communicative staff that walked me through the process from start to finish, easy quote process, competitive pricing, friendly driver (thanks Paul), and on-time arrival! I recently ordered a "meet & greet" car service pickup from LAX to Westlake Village as a treat for a friend. This was the first time using Crown. The word I got back was that driver Joe was very personable and helpful. I would definitely use Crown again.

After researching a few companies in the area, it was evident that Crown Limousine had some of the best prices and reviews. I decided to make reservations with them, and from the moment the sales agent, Sergio, reached out to me, there was excellent communication and an easy reservation. Everything went exactly according to plan, and our driver, Eddie, was very professional and showed us everything we needed in the back. I would absolutely do business with them again.

We used Crown Limousine for our wedding night transportation and it was one of the best decisions we made! The Crown Limo team is incredibly responsive to messages and flexible with changes. Our driver arrived on time during a stormy night and made sure we stayed dry by covering us with umbrellas as we entered the vehicle. The Escalade SUV was clean and felt VIP. The driver also helped us load all of our bags. I highly recommend Crown Limo and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Best service hands down! I would use crown limousine again and again! Quick response and answered all my questions before I booked with them. Our driver, Steve was amazing! He made everything so easy and comfortable the whole night! He took us and picked us up on time and easy communication with him. He was so kind and happy to help me celebrate my daughter's birthday! I was looking for a Limousine to surprise my wife for her birthday and get her back at a certain time for her surprise party and it worked out great. I found Crown on Yelp and they responded with a detailed quote right away. Sergio and Jackie responded right away and helped me nail down the details. What a fantastic experience! Our drivers were extremely friendly and easy to coordinate and communicate with. They were an important part of making our client trip to LA a success! They were reliable and always on time. Would absolutely utilize their services again in the future.
