We had a last minute change on a flight and needed a pick up at LAX at baggage. My wife made the arrangements and she said it was easy and very reasonable. We had 3 adults, 2 young kids, and plenty of luggage. We needed a drop off in Laurel Canyon and then drop me off at Burbank airport. Our driver, Eric was amazing. On time, professional, really helpful and great with the kids. We will use them every chance we get.
Crown Limousine was so easy to work with.. they responded to my emails quickly and answered all my questions... our driver David was amazing.. he was very professional, friendly and very helpful in getting us to the Forum.. we had the best experience with Crown Limousine and would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you so much to Mike and his staff for providing such excellent service. We were a party of 9 , 5 adults and 4 kids with tons of luggage. Great night and great experience with Crown Limo LA! The communication was great, their quote was extremely competitive, and the customer service from our driver was excellent! Kevin arrived early and easily communicated with me by both txt and phone. We were running late, but it was clear he was on our clock.
