Staff let me check in early which was a major plus since i was travelling and had been up early! Every one was friendly and very helpful

Excellent environment. The king bed needs to be replace. The staff is incredible and took care of my concerns about the bed. A little noisy but overall wonderful property.

The location was very convenient to downtown Manhattan giving us access to great restaurants.

Rooms are always nice and clean with a very friendly staff there to check us in
