Great hotel. We stay here every time we come to manhattan. Large area for our kids to run around on the main floor. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They seem to go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

It was a great stay!! Clean friendly very accommodating.
The check in process could use some improvements. I felt like the ladies at the front are told to say “the football team has to check out, then we have to clean the rooms, before you can get your keys.” We paid ALOT of money and I would’ve been so mad if our room hadn’t have been ready at 3. The room was clean, property was well kept, staff was friendly. I loved location and decor. All of the staff were engaging and pleasant. Parking out front is a bit sparse. The pillows are way too soft...need to clump three together to have the support of single regular pillow.

the hotel in general very good, the food good, the drinks are watery they do not know anything. very bad communication there is no way to communicate with hotel staff, at least with so much current technology should have something on hand to translate at once. in general good except I repeat that it was difficult for me to communicate.

I’ve stayed in hotels all over and never been so bent over. Regular rate on website $128, charged $360. Booked queen beds and got doubles. Most disappointing stay of my life
