Muy buen hotel con buen servicio y hospitalidad
Very nice hotel, great service and staff. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast - they charge $10 for all you can eat, but each guest had to wait for staff to serve up certain elements (breakfast potatoes, bacon, biscuits, etc.) which made it feel limiting and caused congestion/a long line as the morning progressed. However, I appreciated the made-to-order eggs option.
I like to stay at Hilton Gardens. I know what to expect. No surprises!
We loved our stay at this hotel! Easy on street parking, comfortable rooms, the breakfast looked great even though we didn't partake, and close to everything we wanted to do in Manhattan!
Everything was great but the pillows were awful and no options to substitute.
