Travelling for business. Came in on a Sunday night and feared we'd only be able to eat at Applebee's. Found a great wine bar just a few blocks down the road. The gym was clean, just wish I would have brought my bathing suit for the pool and hot tub. Quaint area for being in the middle of nowhere.
I was satisfied with the accommodations, but I noticed that the nice smooth tile on the bathroom floor and shower tub floor is abnormally slick once it got a little wet. I wonder if the cleaning agent used may be leaving a "slick" residue?? There were plentiful hand rails around the bathroom so that helped the situation.
Nice hotel with a friendly staff. It was in close proximity to a lot of must see places in Manhattan.
My stay was great and the only problem i had with one person making noise at night was corrected as soon as i informed the front desk.
We have stayed here many times when coming to Manhattan and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the area is awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
