Replaced the capacitor and asked for it to be cleaned and the coolant checked. Never cleaned where the new capacitor is now as I did that myself. The capacitor was replaced and the outside was cleaned. Refrigerant was not checked as I asked and I paid over 400 dollars for a 150-dollar capacitor as I was charged 100 to come out but usually, that goes toward the repair. I am glad they came out the next day and did fix my unit without having to replace it.

I received a text and phone call within minutes. The phone call helped give me a temp diagnosis that facilitated the repairs later the same day. Both technicians knew their stuff, were customer service friendly, helpful, and fixed the issue. I would recommend and definitely contact them again for future needs.

I can't say enough great things about our tech Rob! Oftentimes when you have an annual HVAC check it can be somewhat cursory. But Rob was incredibly thorough in his review of our systems. And he spent the time to help educate me on our system and provided great recommendations for the future. I was very impressed with Rob's genuine desire to insure we had the safest and most efficient system for our home. We've always had good experiences with G&R but Rob was outstanding. Great job!
