The tech, that came out was great, Hw was friendly and was able to quickly repair the issue. However the person I talked to on the phone was poor. When she called me to discuss the job I couldn't understand her and then she stated they don't services my area. I stated then why did you call me, my address and zip code was provided. However 15 minutes later she called me back and informed me she was wrong they do service my area and that they can have someone out within the next 2 years. I contacted G & R Heating late Saturday evening and was immediately called and an appt was scheduled for Sunday at 8am. Jeremy diagnosed the problem, made the repair quickly without charging an arm and a leg! He was kind, considerate and knowledgeable! I am very pleased with this company and will definitely call when necessary and be happy to recommend to my friends and family!
