It was Great they came troubleshot the problem and even had the part in the truck.
Needed expedited service when my A/C went out during a heat wave. They got a service tech out the next morning who diagnosed the problem (a failing, but not yet dead compressor), talked though the options with me, and was able to provide quotes for repair and replacement before he left. I did pay a $135 emergency service fee, but they were upfront about that cost prior to booking the appointment and in the end it was worth because now I really understand what the issue is and can plan accordingly.

The technician was quick and accurate in diagnosis and seemed skilled in the work done (a brazing job). The fee charged seemed high, but they all do.
My overall experience was wonderful! They got there on time, and did a great job of swapping our old AC with the new one. The apartment felt great with the new AC working!
They are good and punctual.
G&R were very professional. They were very quick to serve and were able to come the next day. They did tune up on my ac unit and replaced some drain pipe that was clogged. Replacing drain pipe was a little expensive and I wasn't provided the cost before hand. Otherwise, Rob was a very friendly technician.
The G & R technician was able to identify the real problem as a faulty thermostat and not the outdoor equipment as multiple techs from a previous company had suggested, "repaired", and charged for what turned out to be unnecessary work.
