My furnace died Sat night. I jumped on Home Advisor and called G&R Heating and another service. G&R called back within the hour, had a repairman out who confirmed my guess that it wasn't a new thermostat that my furnace needed. So, he gave me 2 estimates, best and better. Due to finances I chose the better.. They were out Monday morning at 9:01. I had asked for between 9-Noon. Adam arrived, on schedule, to evaluate and correct a deficiency in water flow through a humidifier. It took him less than 10 minutes to correct the problem.
The technician was excellent and helpful.
