John Demartino is an excellent service repairman, very professional
They installed two brand new furnaces in my house. After installation, I went and checked the furnace models. They did not match. I called the company and they made the necessary amendments, to make it right.

Tim came within the time promised. He did a fine job on figuring out the problem with my furnace. He is a very nice person, easy to communicate with. The only negative feeling I have, is that , on the phone call, I asked if they had someone close by to come over. The answer was, " we have people in all areas." The person they sent, came from over 60 miles from my house, hence two hours waiting time. They send who ever is "on call" for that day.
