Requesting a service prompted an extraordinarily quick phone call from Dee and a relatively early arrival of two technicians. They quickly identified the problem and how it happened. Explained everything to me seemingly accurately and told me details concerning my model/brand of furnace aiding in setting my expectations around it. They worked quickly, quietly, and were polite.
