prompt and professional. talked through my options for service thoroughly. only downside, they did leave quite a mess to be cleaned up afterwards. (shoe booties weren't always used and when they were they were worn inside and outside, which defeats the purpose. water from old unit leaked all over. there was some kind of gritty power left behind all over the floor where they worked.) being in the trades myself, it is always necessary to thoroughly clean up any work area after service, but again, this was the only downsid... read more
