We called G & R out to perform maintenance on our air conditioner. They arrived on time, and were courteous and respectful. They seemed very knowledgeable on the condition of our air conditioner, but at no point did I ever feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. Their price was very reasonable as well. Will do business with them again.

Called to schedule appt. Immediately which was great. The tech was 2 hrs. late, however and did not call. He did a thorough job.

The reason we give a two hour window is because sometimes a job that we have scheduled earlier in the day may run longer than expected.
