I submitted a bid online through this site at 5am and about 5 minutes later I received a call to set up an appointment. The tech was at our house at 7am and it was repaired in 30 minutes. Great work.

After reviewing the reviews on this site, I called two of the preferred contractors and G&R called right back (in the evening) and we made an appointment for noon the next day as my A/C was not working at all. I chose not to pay the off hours rates. I got a call at 11 saying that he would be later and he arrived by 3 which is what he had said. He quickly identified a bad blower motor and was able to determine that it was under warranty and he was able to pick up and install the new one within another hour. He quickly install... read more

I called the company and a serviceman arrived within 3 hours. Jay was very professional and I would hire this company again. I had air flow issues with vents in some rooms; Jay made adjustments and repairs; Great job!

I was contacted immediately after getting off of Home Advisor, and he was out right after Memorial Weekend. He saw the issue we had discussed and topped off the system and it is working again. Fast, clean, knowledgeable....Great Job!!!
