Greenlight mounted a junction box in an inappropriate place, damaged my property, and will not give me a timeline as to when this will be rectified. It's been weeks and they say there is no way to escalate the issue. They are completely stonewalling and have stopped responding to my ************ feels as if the only way this will be rectified is through the courts. Terrible customer service, stay away.
* buyer beware * The salesperson will tell you what you want to hear, after you get blind charges, they say all of it is in the fine print. The business is interested in charges and not customer service/satisfaction.
The actual internet is great. However the customer service is horrendous. The online chat never works, when call to change a card they don’t actually do it so you need to call back multiple times. The 3rd party contractors do the installation never follow up or finish the job. My yard still has not been back filled as promised or my driveway fixed!!!
They do not service seniors or veterans...they are very rude over the phone and now they have even blocked me from calling which should be illegal!!! I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole!!!
They don't even deserve 1 star! We have had issues with our Greenlight internet service for over a month now. The internet would just "drop" several times per day. Greenlight sent a tech out twice, but the tech could not fix the problem. Apparently there is a problem with the splitter. Now we have no internet service at all. It's been out for over 2 days. I wish I could give 0 stars!!! I had attached a coupon for free installation to my order for services. The tech came to install and even mentioned that I had the free installation. I had received an invoice dated 4/8/24 for $235 and this invoice stated that it was past due (yes the same date I had received it) I had reached out to Greenlight to inquire about the installation fee that I was charged and was told my coupon had expired and "some how" this coupon was removed from my order. Greenlight's fiber network is great. Super reliable, good speeds and low latency. Where they fall down is in the account security. They have my credit card information but to this day they still have ZERO 2FA on the accounts. Not even the weakest 2FA like SMS or email verification. I've sent around 3 requests for it this last year. Each time I get "thank you, we'll send this to our engineers." Nothing happens. This needs to be addressed. TOTP 2FA would be best of course, but at this point I'll take anything.
