After several years using Greenlight Networks, I can honestly say it is the most outstanding such service I have ever used. Only ever experienced one brief outage. Speeds have consistently been as advertised or above. Best of all, not a single price increase in all those years! If Greenlight is available where you live, you need to get on it right now!
More hands on than maybe people feel comfortable with. But so worth it!!!
Our Greenlight Installation went very smoothly last Friday. Our installer was friendly, competent and took the fiber wire through the basement and into the computer room. He hooked up the new modem and tested the hookup and internet speed. He even checked the second floor computer as well. Instead of 36 MPS from ******** we now get 500 MPS. What a difference. My wife and I just had Green Light installed yesterday. The installer was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He had a lot of experience and it showed. When he left I had a hard time getting my router to accept the data from their ***** box so I had to call customer service. The very friendly tech guy talked me through some stages. I was familiar with this kind of work and it turned out that the router, which I purchased almost a year ago just for Green Light, was simply broken. * buyer beware * The salesperson will tell you what you want to hear, after you get blind charges, they say all of it is in the fine print. The business is interested in charges and not customer service/satisfaction.
The actual internet is great. However the customer service is horrendous. The online chat never works, when call to change a card they don’t actually do it so you need to call back multiple times. The 3rd party contractors do the installation never follow up or finish the job. My yard still has not been back filled as promised or my driveway fixed!!!
They do not service seniors or veterans...they are very rude over the phone and now they have even blocked me from calling which should be illegal!!! I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole!!!
