We had a great experience with Happy Tails Puppies. Amber was super helpful in getting us our little one quickly and we live all the way in Miami. The vet records and paperwork are provided and very thorough. I would definitely recommend going with Happy Tails puppies if you are looking to add a new family member.
It is always scary to purchase a puppy unseen, but Amber lead me through the process with great care. She answered all my emails quickly. She sent updated photos & video of the puppy I chose. Per the contract, I took “Maggie” to my vet within 3 days of receiving her & she got a clean bill of health. She is the happiest, healthiest little pup & loves her new fur-brother, as he loves her. I would recommend Happytail Puppies without any reservation.
My Mom and I had a great experience with Happy Tails Puppies. We got Bichpoo sister puppies. So precious. Angel was so helpful with all the questions that we had. We went to pick them up at Oak Ridge and it was a very easy process. I highly Happy Tails Puppies!
The whole process with Happytail Puppies was easy for the most part. I did have some issues where I wasn’t getting prompt responses through email, but through calling I was able to get my questions answered which was great. Briana was great - very helpful and informative. Love my puppy and the process was smooth. Trainers were also fantastic. Even with just two weeks, my puppy is more behaved than others!

We are very happy with Happytail Puppies. Brianna was very helpful in our choice of breed and puppy that would be best for us. Jameson our new (Aussiedoodle) is doing great since day one. Great place to get a dog. Amber was extremely helpful with answering all my questions and keeping me updated on my puppy before I picked him up. I’ve had him for a few weeks now and I absolutely adore him. He’s a beautiful, healthy frenchie and you can tell he comes from an ethical breeder. Very very happy with HappyTails and my experience and would definitely buy another puppy from them in the future.
