Brianna helped us with the purchase of our new puppy, a mini Bernedoodle. This is my first dog in 40 years and the information that Happytail provided us helped us feel confident in our new journey. We are over the top in love with him. He did develop diarrhea with blood after he got home and our Vet checked him out and said it was common in puppies making these stressful changes. Happytail Puppies is a great place to add a pet to your family. They have kept in continuous contact with me on my new puppy’s progress prior to her pickup. The facility is really nice and well kept. I went from Florida to North Carolina to get my new puppy and it was well with the trip.
I am very happy with my new puppy Alamo! Working with Paula was amazing. She updated me regularly throughout the process and epitomized professionalism. Despite living 8 hours away, I was never left in the dark. Even though she didnt work the day of my pups pick up, she made sure the pick was seamless and then follow-up with me. Very happy with the addition to the family.
We have a great experience with HappyTails Puppies. Angel our consultant was excellent. She gave us updates about our Cavapoo puppy and her training, also about the travel to Florida. I really recommend them. Excellent experience with them and Angel. Thank you!!!

Happy tails was amazing every step of the way. We had the pleasure of working with Angel to get our baby Kida. She is a mini golden doodle and she is amazing. Working with Brianna H*** was truly a wonderful experience. She was very helpful in helping us get our puppies. We bought two for ourselves and one for the grandkids. We drove from Nashville to pick up the little ones. During our visit, Bri answered all of our questions and helped us in so many ways. The grandkids were surprised and very happy. Thank you, Bri.
Great customer service. They really care about their pups. We are so in love with our new baby. He’s perfect. Brianna was the best. She provided me with everything before ,during and after the process. We couldn’t be happier with the transaction and their service.
Angel is awesome. She has helped us with 2 golden doodles. Drake Ridley last year and Pickles a few weeks ago. They are great additions to our family.
