In 2022 I began conversation with Paula W****** of Happytail Puppies and we had a good conversation about my need, wants and desires for a family dog, companion. I shared my struggles and reasons as to why I wanted to bring a bundle of joy into my life and to help balance out my work/life. I lost my son and reached out to them in February for an emotial supoport animal. THe lady I spoke to on the phone recommended a cavapoo. I provided them a deposit of 200. Howevever, aferwards they sent me paperwork stating that they do not guarntee the breed. At that time, I did not sign the paperwork and requested my money back. If you own both parents how can you say that you cannot guarntee the breed. I disputed the amount and they told me if i did not continue with the chargeback they would refund me my money. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THIS PLACE. My mom bought two dogs from here, and they are not the dogs she wanted. The dogs were supposed to be maltipoo’s, come to find out after doing a DNA test on the both of them, they are both miniature poodles. They have 0% of Maltese in them. So we sent the DNA information to happytails and this is what we were told: We received the results of the DNA test that you submitted. Buyer beware! Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a puppy from this puppy mill! They do not care for their dogs. According to Angel, The mom & dad dogs live their lives in crates until it’s time to breed. Once mom gets pregnant she gets to go live in a home for a few months then right back to jail until she’s forced to have puppies again. On 2 occasions we purchased a puppy from HT. Don’t ever waste your money with this company. I picked up my dog today and he threw up blood and it scared me. I turned around the car today and tried to return him and no one was there. I reached out by email and was told no refund. Prior to purchasing the dogs I was told I ca. get refund but not deposit. My dog was given to me sick. I’m now filing lawsuit to get refund.

I picked up my dog April 28th and she was coughing and throwing up on the ride home. I took her to the vet and found out she had infectious pneumonia. I’ve been contacting them about the situation to help with the vet bills “due to the fact that the dog was already sick when I got her” and I’ve been getting the run around for almost 2 weeks now and still haven’t received any help. If you purchase a dog please take them to the vet immediately to get a wellness check!

Picked up our new puppy on 4-6-2023 and not even 5 minutes down the road she starts coughing and wheezing... Had already set up a well check with our vet, and the pup has a bad upper respiratory infection, she's now taken 4 days of antibiotics and so far no improvement, so we'll be taking her back to the vet. We have gotten one call to check on the pup from Brianna on Friday morning which we couldn't answer as we were on our way to the vets office. Extremely disappointed with the lack of response we have gotten after picking up our puppy only for him to be sick with multiple issues. We brought him to the vet as soon as possible and quarantined him from our other dog, who still unfortunately got sick. We’ve reached out with the invoices and diagnoses from the vet and have been completely ignored for the last several weeks.

Puppy positive for parvo 3 days after getting him. Happytail will not return our phone calls after sending them the vet papers they asked for showing the positive test. He has a feeding tube, IV for many meds and has pneumonia from aspiration. We had him for a couple of days and he’s been admitted to the animal hospital since. A really long story but that sums it up. They insist it didn’t come from them, vet says different
