I purchased two puppies on 8/3/2024. I was told that they had their shots and were healthy. A day later they had ****** diarrhea so I took them to the vet and they were diagnosed with coccidia and giardia. I have spent over $1500 in the past three weeks on vet visits and medication and my entire life has been turned upside down. I do not believe that the shot records and medical history that I was provided are real.. Although I paid for 4 week training the puppy was not trained or completed 4 week program. They enrolled her 1 week later than stated. They told me she graduated 12 days before the date her training was to end. She received a total of 2 1/2 weeks of training. After first phone call I was told the owners would call me did not receive any type of communication. They ignored my follow up calls.

Please read this, I purchased a beautiful Havanese puppy January 2023, her price was discounted to ****** and I was excited I was finally able to afford my new puppy. The issue is not the puppy who is innocent in all this, but it has been a challenge since day one. She has on and off diarrhea which has taken me to the vet numerous times! The last visit they found a liver shunt. I started communication with the team at Happytail Puppies, LLC on 3/5/2024. The team was in constant communication with me up until 3/26/2024, which was 3 business day after I received my dog and the vet visit was due. I have tried to reach ************************* by email and telephone call and no response. I have had to spend several hundred dollars on my dog and he is still under doctors care. We picked our puppy up Thursday. She had little appetite and couldn't get her to drink water. Friday she was worse. We took her to the vet Saturday morning. While in the waiting room we notified Happy Tails and they suggested giving her nutrical to boost her system. We decided to let the vet check her out while there and she tested positive for Parvo. We received our puppy last week at 11:30 at night, which is odd, they delivered a sick puppy. From the time she can off the truck, she had watery bloody diarrhea. I talked to Angel and she said she probably had an upset tummy from transition and to give her plain Greek yogurt, which we did and the blood seemed to stop but not the diarrhea. We took her to our vet and she has girardia and another bacteria. So $256.00 later here we are. I had a cocker spaniel when I was a young child, I am now 44. I thought I had found a cocker spaniel puppy on Happytailpuppies for $1495 and made a deposit toward a puppy that I found on there of $200. After speaking with a woman from the company that veried the price of her I went ahead a week or so later for $500.00. In 2022 I began conversation with Paula W****** of Happytail Puppies and we had a good conversation about my need, wants and desires for a family dog, companion. I shared my struggles and reasons as to why I wanted to bring a bundle of joy into my life and to help balance out my work/life. Paula made recommendations and I ultimately decided on a pup that they had on "sale". I drove all the way from FL to NC to meet/greet/pick-up my new pup and paid all outstanding fees. I lost my son and reached out to them in February for an emotial supoport animal. THe lady I spoke to on the phone recommended a cavapoo. I provided them a deposit of 200. Howevever, aferwards they sent me paperwork stating that they do not guarntee the breed. At that time, I did not sign the paperwork and requested my money back. If you own both parents how can you say that you cannot guarntee the breed. I disputed the amount and they told me if i did not continue with the chargeback they would refund me my money.
