Average hotel in Flatiron District that could use some updating The whole building feels very outdated. The room doors and fire doors are heavy and slam very loudly. We were kept up on Saturday night with guests slamming their room doors and the fire doors to the stairwells. Pretty good location, room was clean, and had a view of Empire State Building. Room had two twin beds- it was hard to find two separate beds in NYC.

Very Good
Great location, easy to find your way around from. No opening window, good working air con but no fresh air. Room was small but as expected in New York. The internal doors bang loudly when closed (old building). Excellent location, we walked everywhere - up to Central Park one day and down to Battery Park & 9/11 Museum another day. Madison Square Park was only a couple of minutes away and was a lovely place to sit and relax in the fresh air. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good value for money in New York Had an internal room which looked onto the courtyard so it was pretty dark, not a great room if you like spending a lot of time in your room but we don't. A bit tired but fine. Location was nice and central meaning we could easily get public transport to different areas for sightseeing each day. Room was a good size, bathroom had nice powerful shower. Staff were friendly. Seemed very good value for money for New York.
