Good Die Betten sind ständig verrutscht, die Dusch-Amatur fiel einem entgegen, es wurde zwischendurch nicht geputzt, die Handtücher und Bettbezug gewechselt auch nicht die Mülleimer geleert - dies passierte erst auf Anfrage. Die Lage ist fast schon unübertrefflich - es war mittdrin, aber doch unheimlich ruhig. Und wer hat schon einen direkten Blick aufs Empire State Building, wenn man vor dem Hotel steht? Das Personal wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.

Great location but cramped room Room was small and felt outdated. Bathtub's drain couldn't handle the volume of water from the shower. Not enough space to fit luggage for 2 people. Terrible acoustic isolation, we could hear everything from the corridors and our neighbors. Excellent location and good value due to it being in Manhattan and very close to subway stations or walking distance from tourist places.

Pleasant Ménage approximatif à notre arrivée, idem après 2 demandes de ménage dans la semaine. Salle de bain minuscule et surtout très humide, les serviettes ne sèchent même pas tant elle est humide . Aucune possibilité d'ouverture des fenêtres de la chambre L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, quartier sympa, rue calme , proximité du métro et du park
