Pleasant "old style" hotel with some minor flaws but over all a fine place with a good location. Overall a pleasant hotel with " New York prices ". I listed a few negative things above but nothing that will keep you from coming back. The Heritage is from 1902 but why update too much and loose the atmosphere from yesterday . If you are into antiques visit the outdoor markets just outside the hotel on weekends. This is a 120 year old hotel in the Flatiron district. Very easy to access with subway and buses. Good Es ließ sich nur ein Fenster öffnen und alles ist sehr hellhörig. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage ist auch recht gut. Wenn man nur zum Schlafen da ist, reicht die Zimmergröße vollkommen aus.

Exceptional La nostra camera affacciava all'interno e non avevamo una buona veduta, ma almeno era silenziosa di notte. La posizione era perfetta!!! A due passi da Madison Square e la Metro! Piacevole anche raggiungere Time Square a piedi (20 minuti) passando davanti a l'Empire.

Top Het mocht wel iets schoner, er zat gesmolten chocolade vlek op de vloer en een beetje stoffig. Lift duurde soms ook erg lang, maar er was een trap dus dat was prima te doen. Heel centraal gelegen, prima buurt. Supermarkt en apotheek in de buurt. Metro en treinstation dichtbij. Je kan voor schone handdoeken etc. altijd vragen ook zijn er oordoppen beschikbaar, maar geen geluidsoverlast van buiten gehad. De medewerkers zijn zo enorm vriendelijk en hartelijk!!!

Excellent location, staff and value for money. The lighting in the room was poor (but good in the bathroom), with the 'view' into a shabby lightwell; but the latter comes with an old building of this type. Excellent staff, excellent location, excellent price. It's a 1903 building with some parts of the original decor surviving, which gives it loads of character. It was great for one of the receptionists to remember us from 12 months previously.
