Frank is a diligent go getter! He kept after this lease deal and a very slow moving agent on the other side. We greatly appreciated how accommodating he was in showing us the property several times and guiding the review of terms. I would highly recommend frank.

Nikki was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and the real estate market and trustworthy from the start. She was always available to show us homes, and was honest with us on every aspect of the process. We had asked about an "as-is" listing; she took us there immediately but showed us the various parts of the home that would need to be redone and suggested we look elsewhere. She went above and beyond with our purchase, we couldn't have done it without her.

Nikki is a master at her craft an excellent agent! She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and accommodating. She is always available any time for questions or concerns. A pleasure to work with. I will only be using her for future investment properties. She makes everything go as smoothly and stress free always being on top of things. Highly recommend!
