I can't imagine ever hiring another realtor other than Nikki. To suggest that she is capable, responsible, efficient, reliable, etc. is an understatement. Nikki and her team made selling our home a very easy process. Aside from her well mannered professionalism, she's a lovely person, who was fun to work with. Every once in a while, you find someone with extraordinary ease of character and skill to get things done and you embrace them. Nikki is as good as it gets. Hire her!!
Nikki is a great agent. She is very patient (especially since initially I started with her about a year ago and decided to postpone purchasing to next year). Also, she gave me all the good advice throughout looking for properties and purchasing phase. She studied my likes and dislikes and later on she knew which one I would like and which ones I wouldn't. I highly recommend her to anyone.
We came to Nikki after losing multiple offers and stalking all of her reviews on here and Google. Needless to say, we weren't disappointed, when she found us our current home on our second day with her at the third showing we went to. If you are looking for an agent who is honest and has integrity, Nikki is the agent for you. Nikki helped us to SELL our home in Reston. At our first meeting, she brought all the necessary information to help us understand how to price it and sell it. She did a walk through and gave us advice on how to make the house presentable to buyers. After this visit, she was the one and only agent we interviewed.
