Nikki made the entire process of selling my condo very easy. She has raised my expectation of realtors. She sold my condo, over asking price, in a little over a month from the time I met with her to the time I closed and I didn’t lift a finger. She recommended that I do some minor renovations, she coordinated the contractor completing it all, and I got all that money back for the price that she sold the home for. She by far exceeded my expectations; if you are considering hiring her, do yourself a favor and give her a call!

I had a wonderful experience with Nikki. She picked up my neglected listing by my ex-agent, spruced it up as well as the condo and ran with it. She is knowledgable about the area, incredibly thorough in her research, and has prompt and open communication about expectations. She exceeded everything I could have hoped for in an agent. She's honest and operates with integrity and determination to get the best offer. She had my place sold in 3 weeks! I cannot recommend Nikki enough!

Nikki was so helpful throughout the entire process. As soon as we met her we knew that she was going to be the key to finding our dream first home. She was very responsive whenever we had a question, and worked so hard to secure us our house once we felt we saw the right one. She worked through the weekend and a family party to negotiate with the other realtor, and we are eternally grateful for her persistence. I have already recommended Nikki to all of our friends, and will continue to recommend her to anyone who asks.
